What are your Christmas opening hours?

We are closed for the Christmas break/ New year until Monday 4th January 2021. However, you can still contact us by email – we will reply within 24-48hrs, bank holidays/weekends allowing.

Can I return a product I bought as a Christmas gift?

Yes, we have extended return dates for returning products bought as Christmas gifts. They will need to be returned by 31st January 2021.

How do I place my order?
You can place your order online via our website by selecting the items you need and choosing your preferred payment method on our secure checkout page.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by credit or debit card via our paymsense or Paypal link. You can also pay with your Paypal account.

Are my card details safe?
Yes, very safe. All online payments are fully secure and encrypted using Secure Certificates to ensure the safe transmission of your data. You can be assured that your details are protected every time you shop with us.

Can I add items to my order after completion?
Please check your order carefully before proceeding to checkout so that you do not miss anything. If you do need to add an item, please get in touch with us as soon as you can to find out whether this is possible. Once an order is packed and ready for dispatch, we are unable to add any extra items.

How do I change or cancel an order?​​​​​​​
Once an order has been packed and ready for dispatch it is not possible to cancel or amend your order. You can of course, return your order for a refund.

What is my order number?
Your order number will be in your confirmation email that will be sent automatically once your order has been placed. You can also see this and your order status if you ordered with your account.

I have not received a confirmation email?
We automatically send a confirmation email once your order has been completed, to the email address you have provided. Please check your email address carefully when placing your order to ensure you have supplied the correct email. Check your email junk folder, sometimes emails from unknown senders get treated as spam.

When will my order be delivered?
This depends on the postal service you choose, your location and the time of day you order. UK Standard takes 2-5 working days under normal circumstances, longer during busy or disrupted periods.

Can I Collect my order from you?
Yes you can collect your order from our premises in Ferndown Dorset by appointment only. Simply use the Click & Collect option during checkout. We will contact you to let you know when your order is ready for collection.

How do I return an item?
If you are not 100% happy with your item, you can return it for refund within 30 days from delivery date.

Do I have to pay for returns?
Items being returned must be sent postage paid, but we do not charge you anything to return an item and there is no re-stocking fee.
To ensure your item arrives safely back to us, we recommend that you use a signed for service such as Royal Mail signed for.
Dancing Daisy does not accept any responsibility for delayed or missing return parcels.

In the unlikely event that we make a mistake or you receive a faulty item, we will refund the 2nd class return postage amount.

When will I get my refund?
​​​​​​​Once we have received your returned item/s, we will issue you with a refund via the payment method you used to pay for your order. It can take up to 14 days during busy periods, but refunds are normally processed within 2-3 days of receipt.
